The Municipal eService Platform is a digital platform based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) through which municipalities or other public administration organizations can provide intended target groups with digital services. The services can be produced either directly to the Municipal eService Platform or units based in other systems, where the units are provided to users via the Citizens' Account. The Municipal eService Platform enables one-off login and service provision on an intranet or the Internet by obtaining full support from the architecture model specified by public administration.

A ready package for use

The Citizens' Account includes all basic functions required by digital services, such as identification, payment, customer register, communication and the management of user rights and statistics. These background services constitute an extensive set of data security services without which reliable digital business would be impossible. The Citizens' Account also includes several ready service units. Examples:
